Important notes:

✴︎ This event is for women only and for ages 18+

✴︎ All allergies must be brought to our attention 5 days before the event so we can prepare lunch accordingly. 

✴︎ Please bring your own pillow for the emotional release exercise, I recommend putting a cover which you don't mind getting make up on, or not wearing makeup on the day. 

✴︎ Please bring your own journal & Water Bottle

✴︎ You are welcome to bring a special cup for your tea 

✴︎ Wear something you will feel comfortable and confident in

✴︎ The seating will be on the floor with cushions, but seats are available upon request at time of ticket purchase 

The venue:

✴︎ There is no parking at the venue,  but there is plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, please allow time to find appropriate parking.

✴︎ The venue is located above ground level, to access the entry stairs you need to go down the driveway to the left of Oishii Sushi. You will then see the entry to Muki Yoga on the wall to your right.

Aftercare:

✴︎ To ensure the integration of the healing work, it is highly recommended to keep the following day free for personal reflection and self-care.
